Hi, I’m Erin, a holistic therapist with a passion for helping others feel more balanced, connected, and at ease in their lives.

My journey into holistic health grew from a love of creativity, self-expression, and mindfulness. With a background in English and Creative Writing, I’ve spent years writing poetry, painting, and exploring ways to connect more deeply with myself and the world around me.

I believe true well-being comes from looking at ourselves as a whole—mind, body, and soul. In a world that moves so fast, finding balance can feel challenging but it’s something I care deeply about, both for myself and for the people I work with.
